Welcome to the website of Point Initiated ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), member portal, or any content, features, or services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). 1. About Point Initiated

Point Initiated is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the officers of the CIA's Special Activities Division (SAD) and their families. Access to certain portions of the Site is restricted to approved members and authorized users.

 

2. Eligibility and Registration

Access to member-only areas of the Site requires approval. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are eligible to participate as defined by the organization’s membership criteria;

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete;

  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if we believe your use of the Site violates these Terms.

6. Donations

You may make donations to Point Initiated directly on the Site. By making a donation on the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you are a legal U.S. citizen and are at least 18 years of age when making such donation; (2) all information you provide to Point Initiated is truthful and accurate, and you will update the information to keep it accurate; and (3) any donation you make is legal in your jurisdiction.

Donations made on the Site, once processed by Point Initiated, are NOT cancelable, refundable or returnable.

Any personal information, including your name, address, email and credit card information, that you disclose in connection with a donation on the Site will be subject to our Privacy Policy.
